INFRASTRUCTURE

We have installed the latest “State of the Art of Technology” Tape plants and looms in our newly established factory at IDA, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad. PP Woven Bags / HDPE, BOPP & AD Star Bags are manufactured at this state-of-the-Art production unit under supervision of qualified and experienced engineers. STITCHING MACHINES

Electrically operated stitching machines characterized by high-speed double needle four thread chain stitch bag sewing machine capable of making PP/HDPE woven sacks, leno, and paper bags manufactured by Armstrong.

A RANGE OF MACHINES TO ENSURE QUALITY ASSURANCE

These include tensile testing machine, gauge meter, techno meter and small weighing scale for checking Denier.

To maintain the excellence in our products, we follow a stringent quality control process at our end, from the procurement of raw materials to packaging that goes until the final delivery of the products. We have specialized quality checks in every department apart from a centralized quality check department. Our team of quality controllers monitors the processing methods and supervises all the processes efficiently to maintain the quality in our range. With the help of our quality controllers, we have a unique feature of 100% bag inspection. We inspect them through six steps to check various parameters ranging from the fabric to the printing errors. We deploy the most stringent quality control checks on a regular basis to ensure optimal bag strength, weight, size and consistent colour combinations. Among the tools we use to carry out these tests are Tensile Testing Machine, Gauge Meter, and Techno Meter.

  • Plastic Waste Management – we are conscious in terms of the waste generated through our production processes and ensure to have efficient disposal system in place.
  • EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) is a waste management program which aims to recycle the waste.
  • The global solar market is on the verge of making our mother earth a healthy and secure place to live. Rooftop Solar Plant of 500kw capture the sun’s light energy and convert it to electrical energy. It generates a clean, environmentally friendly form of energy, which means it emits no pollution or harmful gases. Thus, we use green energy to produce electricity for our machines.
  • Green cover – Increased plantations in and around our facilities, both indoor and outdoor, drawing fresh air and oxygen; working to improve employees health and welfare.
